BlinX Action Sports LED's: BlueReviewsI purchased 4 packs of Blinx, 2 blue and 2 orange, to put on my kids inline skates. Of the 8 lights, only 1 of the orange and 3 of the blue worked correctly. The others either would not turn on properly or would not turn off unless the LED was removed. Even with that, I installed 4 of them on my sons new skates for his birthday. They didn't stay on 5 minutes! Not on as in 'turned on' but on as in they fell off his skates within 5 minutes of using them! Luckily no one tripped over them on the skate floor! If you buy these be aware that they are called Blinx because they blink, not steady LED lights. They are VERY bright though. The adhesive may work better on very smooth shiny surfaces like the bottom of a skateboard but do not use them on plastic, no matter how well you clean it. Average Rating: |

The lights were even better then i expected they help me be visible from all angles. Roller Derby Coyote Adjustable Boy's Inline Skates, Medium (13-2)ReviewsWe gave my son this pair of rollerblades for his birthday a couple of weeks ago and he loves them. The wheels are really nice on them, allowing my son to rollerblade a lot smoother. I really like the adjustability on them - you hardly notice that they are adjustable - allowing him to wear them for a long time. I would recommend these to anyone looking to buy their child a decent pair of blades. She can put them on herself (she's an 8-year old girl) and wears them all the time even inside the house. Great product.. BTW I know it says it's for boys, but both my 7-year old boy and she can use them.. now I'm getting a second pair The skates were just what my 5 year old nephew wanted. Within a day he was out skating with Dad. The price was perfect for beginners and the skates will grow with him. I got this for my 5 1/2 year old son after doing some research on line. We had tried on a "step-in" pair (don't have to take shoes off) that had training wheels at ToysRUs, but were not very happy with it since once you take the training wheels off the flaw of not having much ankle support showed. It was also hard to roll especially for a first timer. My son has been playing after school with a neighbor's kid almost everyday, and she just started learning in a pair newly bought from Amazon and they were very conmfy, and the kids wanted to practise together, so I decided to get him a "real" pair here too. Her parents recommanded Roller Derby and Bladerunner (the latter was the one I got for myself at the same time for keeping up with my son). After reading all the comments I made the purchase. Both my pair and my son's arrived in a few days and he loves his (so do I), fits and looks great, nice boots that keep his ankles straight, and they roll very easily. He's already walking in it by himself within a few minutes of trying it on. This is a great start I can tell. I would definitely recommand it to anyone. It's great buy for the money. Roller Derby Web Stinger Adjustable Girl's Inline Skates, Small (12-1)ReviewsBought for my 7 yr. old. She loves them. No complaints. She can put them on and take them off all by herself. We've had them for about a month I think. They came quickly, she loved the styling and I have not been able to get her off them yet! These are a great pair of skates. Three adjustable sizes (my daughter wears a 12-13 and there is room to grow in these), fit great, comfy. Only downside is my 7 yr old has a hard time tightening the straps, but she'll get better at this w/practice. Love the spider web design and hot pink color. I purchased these skates for my 5 year old granddaughter. She is able to easily skate around and has no problem balancing in them. They fit my granddaughter and with the size adjuster they fit her 10 year old brother, too. But, he won't be wearing these jazzy pink/white skates to skate in! I bought these for my 8 year old for Christmas and she has used them twice already and loves them. She says they fit well and has not mentioned any discomfort while skating. They seem well made; although I am not a fan of the "spider web" pattern on the boots, she thinks it looks cool. The only thing I think could have been designed better is the drawstring on the front. The string is so long and there isn't a good place to secure it (we ended up wrapping it around the top buckle while she skated) That's only a minor inconvenience, otherwise I think these are great. Roller Derby Women's Roller Star Quad SkateReviewsExcellent roller skate. I bought this Roller Skate for my daughter and she loves it. Also, the services are very good. I received this product earlier than its scheduled delivery date. I have been an Amazon customer for a very long time and I still love Amazon. Thank you very much. I'm an idiot and thought that since the brand was "roller derby" these were derby skates. ha. I now know better and I'm using these ones to learn how to skate well before splurging on some speed skates. The only issue I have with them is that the soles push up when I put my feet in them. Very annoying. I purchased the women's roller derby roller star 550 quad skate for my eleven year old daughter. She absolutely loves them. We skate maybe once a month and the skates are actually good on a real roller rink floor. I would suggest a pair of these skates to a beginner skater. As you progress...the wheels will need to be changed. I just bought these skates and I haven't had a pair of skates since I was a little girl! But I started to remember how to skate not but five minutes after putting them on in my kitchen! And I am having so much fun! They skate really well, I love the white and purple tires! The white is a perfect canvas for me to doodle and draw on them! I'm so excited! I only gave them four stars because frankly I just bought them and haven't been skating for very long. But i'm sure with time and practice and a LOADS of FUN i'm going to edit this review and give these neato skates five stars! I can't wait to be a roller derby girl!
