Pros: Original tires a little soft, better grip on damp surfaces. Cons: Original tires a little soft, slows you down a bit. Crashed and burned couple of times after I first got these. Was ready to take them back (I was not cautious enough with the downhills on my first outings) but kept them and figured them out. I have a six mile loop around a local lake and the 84 mm wheels roll over most of the paved trails with ease. I use a pair of ski poles with the "baskets" removed along with these roller blades. The ski poles: 1 also give the upper body a workout 2 allow more speed? 3 allow me to catch a fall 4 allow me to pretend I'm skiing 5 help me going up hills I have since replaced the original hardness 80 wheels with some hardness 85 wheels (from TGM Skateboards via Amazon) These new wheels are much faster but also more slippery on wet pavement. Being new to the sport a group of muscles took a couple of weeks to get use to the sport, now I can go quite fast. My foot seems to fit these blades perfectly and I have weird feet. Very comfortable. Push them hard or take it easy, great work out, great skates.

this item really sucks... it get no star from me but i can't submit this review if i don't rate... it came in the wrong edition that what i've order... it is clear at first the color is different... then the setting of the frame also different... it should be hi-lo wheel set up which different from i get... this is because when i saw the picture... i knew i was getting this... but it is actually different... you should put the black color one rather than the blue one... i'm definitely getting my refund or this company better replace with what i really want... rather than putting the different edition skate's feature on the wrong place... you sucks man.. you better do what i ask orelse i'm really going to sue this company for giving fake information...

Ive owned or used several brands /pairs of inline skates over the years. It had been about 3-4 years since I was on skates when I decided to take an afternoon out with friends to skate a local bike/walk/skate path. I wore these K2 Moto84's which were borrowed from a friend. I've always liked the K2 softboots as they are breathable and comfortable and these were no exception. The trip was about 6+ miles and my feet never felt uncomfortable. The skates are surprisingly lightweight, probably due to the softboot and lightwieght aluminum frame. Wheels and bearings were very smooth and quiet. Not the fastest ride Ive ever had, but very very good for sure. The boot is extremely comfortable and the speed lacing system is just awesome. No more tying laces, or re-tying when they inevitably come undone. This makes for very quick times when putting on and taking off your skates. Overall, this is a terrific skate and I'd certainly recommend it. One thing to note... The fit of this skate is a "true fit", which means you should order the same size as your sneaker. If you use Rollerblade brand (or Roller Derby), you should know that K2 runs slightly slimmer in the foot than RB and RD. Those brands have a slightly wider foot fitment. Enjoy !

This are my first skates and they seem to be really nice. they were 100 usd in amazon.

I'm feeling disappointed with the order. The reason I bought this product because of the colour. In the picture show the rollerblade with the blue and gold colour. But, when I received my order.. What I get is black plain colour.. It dull and looks boring! I have wasted my money paying everything.. Including shipping.. It cost a lot!!! Stupid Company! Not recommended to everyone to buy with this company...

The K2 Moto 84 inline skates are perfect for any type of work out. It features K2's conventional lace system for a snug fit, with an aluminum frame to help transfer more power to the wheels than a composite frame. The skate comes stocked with 84mm wheels and ILQ-7 bearings for a great coupling of speed and smoothness. The most interesting feature of this skate is that the stock 84mm wheels can be replaced with 90mm wheels when you are ready to upgrade. This skate has most of the capabilities of the Moto 90 and all the comfort. . Bought these skates to replace my older K2's. Not really liking the color, but these are good. Good quality and have already put a lot of miles on them. I recommend purchasing these.
